A Russian women is recruited into a Russian secret organisation similar to the American cia.  As the film starts these two organisations are at war with each other with the Russians kidnapping and beheading every American agent they can find in Moscow and then shipping them all back to CIA headquarters in America.

The movie jumps backwards and forwards (a lot) to explain how the current situation has come about.  We find out about ANNA’s earlier life in Russia and how it motivated her to escape and become a top model, but not so much about her training as a top assassin.  The film is really well shot and the script is good, the story is ok and it moves at a decent enough pace with enough action to keep you glued to the screen with all the little twists and turns in the plot.  Another thing that keeps you glued to the screen is the lead actress, whom i think is actually a real model turned actress, she is very easy on the eye and must have worked hard to perfect the moves she pulls off during the action scenes. 

Overall its a good film, it tells a story that has a beginning, middle and an ending.  I hope they don’t make any sequel’s to it as I think it would spoil the original.
